Jerry needs to fire his GM and put a competent one in there. I think that's what Jimmy Johnson told him all those years ago, but Jerry fired Jimmy instead.
Jerry isn't going to sell the team, so that option is out. When he passes away, its going to his son, so Dallas fans are going to have to get by with the Jones family being in charge of the team.
Kind of like how WCF kept the Lions until he died, then left it to his wife. She didn't want to mess with it, so she gave it to Sheila to run.
Sheila is a much better GM than Jerry Jones.
