And, I gotta say, Liney's jealousy of Ohio as proven up by his hate of LBJ is also shameless. But that's another story.

FTR, there is nothing, I repeat, nothing about Ohio to be jealous about. Even sane Ohioans don't get jealous over their own state. Even Kentuckians don't get jealous over anything in Ohio.
West Virginians, .. maybe. I'm told that they envy indoor plumbing, and its rumored that it exists in Ohio. I'd have to verify that first.
And youse all need to shaddup .... I spent the afternoon becoming a grandpa again ... so STFU"in order to lead America you must love America"

The outpouring of mourning from the Lions fans is truly touching.
I don't understand this, Lion fans liked Tom Brady? Maybe some, I guess but never seen it myself. A lot of them hate him as they are Sparty fans, anyway I was mostly cool with Lebron till he went to the Lakers. God, I hate that team (along with USC), and FA's that go there.

If I were truly jealous of ohio because of LaBron, then I'd want him on the Pistons.
I don't care about either.
My feelings about LaBron are because I just don't like him. I admit that.
When he passes Kareem, it will be a sad day to me. Kareem is a class act. LaBron is not.
LaBron is driven by money, and the desire for recognition. Kareem loved the game, and respected the fans.
Bonds passed Aaron with the help of drugs, making him a pussy. Aaron was a class act who never had to use 'help', and had to fight his way to the top. Aaron will always be the HR king in my mind.
And none of that has anything to do with West Virginia's cousin state."in order to lead America you must love America"

So, LBJ and Bonds are nothing alike. LBJ averages more points per game than Kareem, will pass him in 140 fewer games, has played with astounding consistency for his entire career and is still playing really, really well at his age. He certainly has earned the all-time scoring title.
Bonds, of course, while a surefire HOF talent, did not earn his all-time title. He honestly could have retired in after the 1998 season and made the HOF -- his numbers are stupid good. But he wouldn't have got to 756 or even come close.
So, really, it's only a hatred of LBJ that drives that plain stupid comparison and, per the logic of M fans re Brady, if you hate LBJ you must be jealous of where he came from, so it's sign of how jealous you are of Ohio.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
