Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season
Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.
Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.
Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

There was a twitter (tweet?) that he had pulled the trigger, but then it was deleted in minutes and everything coming out of St. Ignatius was muted. Don't know if that was to let him have his 5 minutes in some kind of announcing event, or if it was a bad mistake.
I hear you guys are making moves on our USC defect Redfield...and that you're making headway with him. Oregon has actually turned him away. He's been on campus, Kelly just visited...don't know what the hold up is...but the long he waits the better your chances.

Byrne has long been destined for ND. Kelly did a good job.
I'll believe the Redfield noise when (a) Ohio State actually offers and (b) when he schedules an OV.
Until then, it's nonsense.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

Charlie Strong announces that he will stay at Louisville. Bah. Ohio State was in really great shape with James Quick, but I think this bullshit move will get Quick to Louisville. Of course, Strong is simply waiting out the perfect opportunity (Mack Brown retiring at Texas or Lan-O getting the ax at USC), so he's obviously not in it for the long haul with Louisville. But, at least he likes that spot better than Tennessee.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

Ohio State is holding an event tomorrow night at St. John Area to celebrate the undefeated, Leaders Division Champs! LOL. It's also a fairly big recruiting weekend as two really big targets will be in town (Conley and Mitchell). The event requires a ticket, which is free, but is nonetheless a ticket. It's now sold out. 13,000+ folks using their Friday night to applaud the football team, listen to UFM and some seniors talk and sing some OSU songs. I consider that borderline insanity. I also consider it good for recruiting!Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
