Good discussion. UM will do fine at Ohio. RichRod's problem was that he recruited smurf/3*'s to run his spread and they couldn't handle the B1G pounding. UM showed at Florida that he can recruit big time athletes to run in his spread and so I see no reason he can't do the same at Ohio. UM also gets that less turnovers is > up-tempo ... something RichRod did not understand. Finally, UM also gets that the most important commodity for his offense is a hellacious defense.

So, thinking UM is going to have success at Ohio is stupid. Having said that, taking the DSL-position (if one can call it that), that Ohio is simply going to dominate M because of the UM's hire is equally stupid.

I think we will have some exciting Mattison vs Meyer chess matches that we can all look forward to. Hopefully we will all have a rivalry we can enjoy.
