    • Sounds like O-lie-O has its own Ed Martin.

I don't know liney, I have lost count.

What a trooper DSL, I didn't think we would see you for the rest of the year.

Records for one of those cars, a Chrysler with less than 20,000 miles sold to former defensive lineman Thaddeus Griffin in 2009, lists the sale price as $0.

I need to go and buy a car in o-lie-o.

And if Gibson has records demonstrating he's actually been paying, then no problem, yes?

        • Question is, was that sale price for everyone.

          • What's interesting about all of this is the accuracy of the motto .... when it rains it pours. Ask M fans about this.

Seems like the buckeyes can't get a break. Even local papers have their dogs in the sniff mode. National sports press has been attentive to the smallest liklihood that there might be more dirt.

I find this all very enjoyable. OBL takes a dirt nap; the buckeye nation squirms.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

One down, only 49 more to go!

If he's actually been paying for it, then why does the purchase price show $0?

                  • If JT tells the truth and reports those violations of tatoos when he found out, when does this shady dealership ever get discovered?

Well he paid $0.49 for it ... but it was rounded down to zero.

Isn't that the bluebook value? Yes, this is all on the up and up.

                      • Anyone that believes Pryor was test-driving that car for over 200 miles is a gullible fool. Dealerships don't just let you drive away with cars like that.

                        • Exactly.

Football players aren't supposed to be able to receive any privilege or benefit that an ordinary student can get.

If anyone thinks that an average OSU sophomore could walk into the local Chevy dealer, and get a "weekend test drive" on a $50,000 Tahoe, I've got a bridge in Brooklyn NY to sell you.

Shoot, I doubt that any of US could walk into our local Chevy dealer and get a "weekend test drive" on a $50,000 Tahoe.

And isn't it just a tad ironic that Pryor keeps getting these privileges over and over again?

Some sort of records error? I have no idea. I think it would pretty easy to find either way if he's ever paid anything. If he can show cashed checks then the only issue is if he paid fair market value.

                              • According to the much more detailed report in the Dispatch about half the transactions were for less than prices listed by value rating services. Of course, the value is also impacted by the condition of the individual vehicle. Each transaction will have to be looked at.

As for the title listing the sale price as $0, maybe someone with car financing experience could chime in? I have seen on other sites than in the used-car business if the trade-in is worth more than the new vehicle it's possible the title will show the sale as $0. I have no knowledge about it myself.
