OJ was in the booth at the Rose Bowl when the phantom touchdown happened.

He had big fun gloating about USC getting away with it.

I also hate Jerry Markbreit (R in that game) and Gilbert Marchman (LJ in that game) Both were Big Ten officials at the time.

I watched that game with my dad, .. and he lost it when Simpson started gloating about the missed call. If my dad could have gotten his hands on OJ that day, he would have never lived to meet Nicole Brown.

He lost the ball at the 3. Michigan's Jerry Meter knocked it loose and Charles White went ball-less into the endzone.

Markbreit later asked Marchman, "Are you sure about that touchdown call?" .. Marchman insisted he got it right.

Marchman later went on to be a trainer of Big Ten officials. Seriously.

Well since it was M getting screwed...fair.

Same thing hapoened to us in the 1994 Orange Bowl for the Natty...William Floyd of Free Shoes U scored without the ball...we lost 18-16. We also had a punt return for a TD get called back for a phantom clip.
