I was looking at M's roster a bit today, and while they lose a lot on offense next year, they're returning a lot of good people on defense. The expected dropoff may not be as severe as some expect.

I'll still say the ceiling will be 9 wins, but some are predicting .500, but after looking at the projected roster for '24, I don't think its going to be that bad. And after seeing USC play these last few weeks, even though its a road game, I wouldn't necessarily write that off as a definite Michigan loss.

Of course, if JJ comes back, then all bets are off. But I think there's less than a 10% chance of that happening.

The best thing about M’s cheating operation is that it distracts me from thinking about Ohio State.
