That was another shit series for osu resulting in a FG to make it 14-13 PSU. talent has to be fucking livid. Diaz has his boys defending the edge really well. What's the purpose of throwing to the flat or running zone stretch when osu can't properly block those at all.

An osu run game to pull this one out is not happening and I'm not sure PSU isn't going to pull away. Like M ass-railing PSU in the trenches, PSU is doing that to osu. Some of the re-plays demonstrate the PSU D getting lots of penetration and it's not CFB crappe or stunts, it's flat out PSU mauling osu's IOL. The problem for osu's outside game is that the TEs, receivers and OL getting up field on stretch zone and throws to the flat are shit blockers. It's that simple. Stroud is hitting some nice throws but if things continue as they have played out in the first half, that's not going to be enough. Miracles do happen though and Stroud is good at pulling those out his ass.

Similar 1st half score to the Penn State vs M game. The difference being M dominated that 1st half minus the scoreboard. This Ohio State vs Penn State 1st half seems like a more equal game.

Lot of frustrating play calls in this half from both sides. Frames get's bailed out on a bad call not to go for it on fourth an < 1, then let's osu win the mash-ups on run calls inside, then has osu players make a possible TFL on 4th and goal only to miss that then have an osu cluster of blockers push the PSU guy into the ez. Exasperating.
PSU 21-16 under 10 to go 4th. Should be a fun finish. Glad I'm not a PSU or osu fan.
