  • There is a sliding scale based on how talented you are. If Sprinkle is talented enough, he'll be back.

    • Hoke would never engage in such tactics.

he'd just cover up for Sprinkle and lie to the folks

      • More importantly, Jerome Baker seems like he may stunningly opt for Florida and Muschamp. Really perplexing.

        • Larry Scott RB to Sparty, you guys probably get Harris so no loss if you land Harris?

          Comment

          • They definitely wanted both. And Scott was, from what I've read, all but committed a few weeks ago. MSU must have really sold him on being "the man" for MSU as opposed to being brought in with Harris + a lot of other RB depth. I assume they'll try to push for Weber at this point, but I rate that unlikely.

Very weird two weeks. A month ago I had Scott and Baker as locks and Hilliard a toss up and Cornell a longshot.

            • I hope that this improves our chances with Weber.

Man, that's really sad. I'm now sitting here hoping that we can get a guy because of MSU's depth chart.

              • Very sad. MSU has precisely the type of football team Hoke wants to have. I consider myself lucky to be a basketball fan first and foremost. 6 of the last 9, and more of that sorta thing to come. I still think M can sweep MSU again this coming year. Both coaches will get the absolute most out of their talent, but M has so much more of it. MSU doesn't have bigs to punish M save for on the glass.

A 10 percent chance Michigan beats Ohio State? Sounds about right.

Michigan has three tough road games in 2014 – at Notre Dame, at Michigan State and at Ohio State. Whether the Wolverines are a real threat to Ohio State will likely be known by the season finale, but quarterback Devin Gardner holds the keys to Michigan's season in his hands.

If you choose to tour the river, just look for the smoke, you may find one or both with a box of matches.

                            • Wiz- Warehouse District or Tremont neighborhood. University Circle if you are feeling like going further out of downtown. There's always the casino. Winking Lizard, Boneyard, or Panini's over towards the Q/Progressive Field.

                              • Oh yeah, across the river by the West Side Market. Highly recommend a visit to the Great Lakes Brewery. Good bar food too.

There's another two bars over there that have very good selections of beers. Bier Market and I forget the name of the other one...it's right across the street
