Why don't you just admit you hate him because you KNOW what's coming. OP did it. The rest of you should give it a try. Though, heh, it's honest, so I won't hold my breath.
I don't like him because of his teets. Not his tweets, but his teets. Unfair not to mention bizarre and quite frankly, disgusting!

    • To our esteemed bucknut fans...

You don't want to mess with me tonight ... especially if this ends as it stands now.

      You've been fairly warned.

I'm not a whole lot better right now.. but I thought a warning was fair.

          • I have never come on this forum during or immediately after a M shitfest and talked shit about M? If I'm going to do it, I save it for the weekdays when the loss/crappy performance has settled in.

Speaking of which, my confidence in UFM running his streak to 25 increases each weekend. The next two weeks are huge. Wisconsin plays in to OSU's defensive strengths. NW plays the same game as OSU with inferior talent. In any event, two real games that may actually prove competitive -- for awhile.

And stunningly, and that understates it, there is an actual QB controversy brewing amongst the fans. If someone would have told me that 4 weeks ago, I would have dismissed them as batshit crazy. Braxton is still the #1, but I expect Guiton to get time.

              Appreciated.

I enjoy every moment of weakness and assclownery demonstrated by osu on the field and off. So I know you're in your basement masturbating over game film of the cluster fuck M football is right now.

How would you use guiton? I can see him in a similar roll in ufm's offense as Denard in Borges' 2012 except guiton can take a step back and throw it.

Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

I don't know what UFM and Herman are going to do. I really like Guiton. As I said before, he was on the verge of quitting when UFM took over, he turned himself completely around and ended up being voted a captain this year (as a backup). That says a lot about him.

However, he doesn't have Braxton's arm. They don't ask him to make the same throws Miller makes. He doesn't have Braxtons athleticism, though, some may argue he runs the read option more effectively. He is a 3* talent that understands the shit out of the offense and what Herman wants to do.

So, Guiton doesn't really give you anything different from Braxton. If you think Miller is better, he plays and you rest easy knowing you have a good backup if/when Miller goes down again.

                    • Ohio State opens up as a 7.5 point favorite. Boy, that seems low. I watched ASU put it to Wisky's defense, and ASU ain't that good. OSU will present Wisky with some speed issues that I think they can't address. On the other side of the ball, we'll find out how good OSU's young DL is. We'll also find out where Curtis Grant is. Really wish they had Schutt for this one, but Adophus Washington should be back.

It's also a big recruiting weekend for OSU. As an aside, I think most fans think that "big game" recruiting weekends are the best. I mean, how could the recruits not love the atmosphere? Eh, every elite program can put on the same show for them. And the coaches are very busy with, well, you know, the game. I personally think the OVs after the season are far more impactful. However, sometimes a "big game" is the only way you can get long distance recruits on campus, and getting them on campus is a big deal.

Anyway, roughly 12-13 current commits will be there. Additionally, Juju Smith should be there. Johnnie Dixon should be there. Mike Gesicki should be there. Tyler Luatua was going to be there, but OSU told him not to come. That would strongly suggest they feel very good about and prefer Gesicki. Dixon will still be hard to pull from Florida and Smith will be hard to pull from California. In an odd way, a good visit for Smith probably helps M in that he starts to see himself playing in the midwest.

For 2015, Drew Richmond will be back. Have to think OSU will lock him up sooner rather than later. Also of moderate note, Brian Cole will visit, but I have zero clue if OSU has any chance to pull him out of Michigan. My guess is probably not so much. Justin Hilliard will not visit -- he's visiting somewhere else, but may be up for PSU. It seems like OSU is still playing catchup with him. Bah. He's really good.

Well, except for in Columbus. Too many Ohioans ruin the mood.

                        • Perhaps. I think the recruits also really appreciate the fact that M goes out of their way to make the game exciting. I mean, I doubt many recruits visited for Akron, but Hoke really pulled out all the stops to make sure they saw a thriller! He's a recruiting genius.

                          • Also, pretty soon you won't have the ``You can start immediately and help your position group immensely'' argument. Michigan has been wise to make sure that's still a useful tool.

                              • Actual real LOL.

Jesus Coaching Christ this is ridiculous. But in a few weeks I have a feeling Mattison's going to have his unit looking much better. The narrative is still there -- he's not perfect, but he's good enough for this group to sneak in a championship game at some point, and he'll rescue the offense from itself most of the time. As long as they keep recruiting well. And, of course, some people have good taste and do not have Adolphus Washington's appreciation of ``academic support''. Lots of players are still gonna see the whole package at Michigan, and others still are going to fail to appreciate the Borges problem.
