There was almost assuredly 'contact' -- but it also almost assuredly wasn't of any significance.
The legal case was never a problem -- it was, at most, a misdemeanor.

He's lucky. He made a bad decision (first, being in that dreadful club to begin with). But, he can't make an intentional motion toward a woman like that. He obviously didn't hurt her, but if she takes a step toward him or something, she gets clocked and then it's a different story.That was pretty lame. Definitely nothing there.
