The mighty barrister from ohio made a post earlier that corrected me concerning my recollections of the 1999 and 2000 M v o games. He trumpeted his alleged superiority by making some additional remarks which he's made here before. Nothing new to be seen here, folks.

He then stated that he believed his post would be deleted. Being the wonderfully accommodating host that I am, I deleted his post. Well, ... he asked for it .. and I did it. I didn't want to disappoint him.

And to my good friend Mr. Hack, keep in mind, whenever the mighty attorney from ohio posts, its pretty much, "michigan sucks, ohio rules, and I am your intellectual superior because of it". That's been his rule of thumb for many, many years now. So if one of his posts disappears, (this one at his own suggestion) just be assured that you really haven't missed anything. When you've seen one, you've seen them all.

Thanks for clarifying the situation, Liney. Sounds like you just did your best to fulfill his prophesy. Maybe , maybe not what I might have done but you have my full support now that I am aware that he pretty much asked for it.

As for you, Talent, when are you going to realize that this is a Michigan fan forum and that you are essentially allowed to post at our discretion. Most (if not all) other Michigan forums I know of would have banned you by now with the trolling you've been doing. And I truly doubt that any of your favorite buckeye forums would allow any of us to misbehave at all, instead quickly dropping the banhammer at the slightest provocation on our part.

You've likely been given extra slack because of the length of your association here and at our prior WX website, even including the CFB Megasite where several of us also posted .
Hard as it might be right now to admit it, when you're not so f'n determined to be a troll, you have a lot to contribute.

While you probably disagree, we mods here have tried to be open-minded to "dissenting " opinions, including opinions of fans of enemy schools. I like the diversity of thought that this creates, as opposed to that what I often see on MGoBlog, where dissenting opinions are downvoted or worse.

Your choices, as far as I see it: tone it down a bit and you're welcome to stay; keep ratcheting it up and be put on moderation status or worse. There's already been too many good posters here that got fed up with the sniping and have left us over the past several years and I know of a few others that have come close recently to making that same decision. I trust that you are essentially smart enough to figure out the right course of action on your part at this point.
