I think it's hard to say what Braxton would have done with this team.
I think with the way offenses are these days, it's a huge benefit to have two quality QBs. Especially if Miller ends up starting -- god knows he won't make it through the season uninjured.
My own theory is that with Braxton, Herman knew he could do a couple things REALLY well. He is such a good runner it's easy to use that as a crutch when it comes to playcalling. With JTB, he doesn't do any one thing out of this world, but can handle almost anything (though he'd have a hard time throwing deep corners consistently). So Herman has to vary his playcalling and you end up with better looking offense, IMO.
