UFM seems to have really turned things around with Justin Hilliard, and right now it's looking like OSU is a favorite (with ND being the other option). OSU feels very good about Jashon Cornell and Damian Harris (UK will probably be his "other" option).

I'd love to get Chris Clark, and he's apparently having a good visit, but that kid loves everywhere he goes and is really hard to read. He's supposed to commit this summer, but wherever choose, I wouldn't be surprised if that's not where he ends up.

Chris Clark is suppose to announce relatively soon, end of summer or earlier. M vs Ohio battle that is probably close to a coin-flip...

M pulled themselves out for Cornell DT who tweeted a #goblue less than a week before M let him know they weren't going to recruit him anymore and was set to visit Ann Arbor... M is out of it for Hilliard and very likely Damian Harris too... I was hoping Hilliard (and may others) would wait to see how M would play on the field this season before deciding but too many top recruits are deciding early to secure their spots...

I agree that Clark is a coin flip. But he still may change his mind later in the process.

I'd do anything for OSU and MSU to have a coach that fucking stupid.

I *think* OSU sees him as an Adolphus Washington type player. And DE in HS that grows into a DT but has that extra burst and a little extra height.

But he may trim back down. I dunno.

In other news I dropped Kate Upton this week.

I think we "dropped" jashon cornell because a) his recruitment was trending badly b) his recruitment took a lot of energy c) he wasn't a perfect fit and d) we can tell other guys "you are the only one for me!"

OSU put in a solid month of June on the recruiting front with numerous solid, if unspectacular, commits. July is shaping up to be spectacular. Justin Hilliard, Jashon Cornell, LJ Scott and Matt Burrell could all commit. I think they also have a massive lead for Damian Harris, though I expect him to take his visits. Same deal with Jerome Baker.

The only downside to this class, IMO, is missing on a Plan A QB for the second year in a row. They're in good position with a couple top shelf 2016 QBs, and Danny Clark is already in for 2017, but the two year gap puts a lot on JT Barrett/Cardale Jones to really show something this season.
