Whatever. This thread is actually entirely pointless. No one here has any interest in OSU. Can't blame them, I guess. The constant reminder of M's massive failures and inadequacies.

Me? I like JB. I think he's a good coach and has done pretty decent job getting some good players to come to M. I'd prefer to see them suck, but I have zero problem giving giving credit where credit is due. Of course, that's particularly easy when your own program is so stellar. When you're not, well....you rationalize, I guess.

Why would I even have to rationalize? You lost to some random C-list prairies program in the tournament this year. Michigan's program did better.

Don't blame me but given OSU's reputation and history when suddenly there are rumours of a 46-year-old coach needing to retire under unclear circumstances people are going to wonder about an ugly narrative below the surface, and on message boards like this one that will be usable fodder. One notes, after all, the sudden appearance of this rumor in a year in which OSU is set to bring in an elite recruiting class for the first time in a few years.
