Were I a Buckeye fan I guess it would be impossible to rate me. I would be an infinity+1 sorta scenario on your scale. But then again so would most M fans, in the category you are talking about, so in reality the distinction between me and my brothers is effectively useless.

Michigan: Zilch

Ohio State: 5 B10 basketball titles and 4 B10 tourney Titles
Michigan: 1 B10 title

All in all, the past 8 years have season Ohio State collect 15 B10 crowns and 1 Leaders Crown, and Michigan 1 total.

The fact that we're too busy tripping over our own feet does not make your existence any more excusable. In the past 8 years OSU collected a lot of ignominy and notoriety, and not much else. Anywho, what's your April assessment of B10 race? Leaders seems fairly straight-forward. OSU will repeat. Legends, I dunno. MSU and Nebraska finally dump Wisky and Ohio State. I think each of M, MSU and Nebraska play 1 home and 1 away. Can nFw sneak in? Unlikely, but it may be games against nFw that separate the top.
