On the recruiting front, Ohio State is pretty much down to getting Ezekiel Elliot (Mizzou) and Trey Johnson (Vals) to stick with their verbals and are also in on Dontre Wilson and Vonn Bell.

If Elliot and Johnson stick, it should be a top 5 class on all services. Bell and Wilson would make it a consensus top 2.

That was one of those plays that is similar to the charging/blocking foul in basketball. Sometimes its called, sometimes its not. For some reason, they allowed the defender to grab the jersey and hold the receiver up within 5 yards of the LOS. According to their rules, its a penalty. Last night, in their "judgement", they allowed the play.

When I saw him play, he was essentially running on one leg. And he was faster than anyone we have at 100%. He can run outside, he can run inside, he can catch passes, change directions, accelerate like Porsche, and he just erases guys in pass protection. Best HS back I've ever seen. Not even close.

Wilson is a huge get. With Marshall, those two are a brilliant set of hybrid WR-types. Love Elliott at RB, too. UFM is killing it.

Vonn Bell announces tomorrow between Vals and OSU. If he goes Bucks, they'll be neck and neck with Bama for #1. They may even snag James Clark, another WR, from Gators.

Speed and talent everywhere on offense and a killer DL. Love it. Need some OL and LB in 2014, which won't be a problem. Problem will be deciding which top 50 overall LBs to take!

I suspect over the next couple years a few players will be dismissed from the team for "undisclosed violations of team rules". Like the unwritten one that implies you better not suck while we're under reduced scholarship restrictions.
