#4 in the AP Poll. I find it odd that M fans are so besmirching the AP poll. I mean, given M's long and storied national futility -- and that understates it, even. Borderline national irrelevance is perhaps more accurate. Anyway, given that,I would have thought M fans might actually consider the AP, M's benefactor for it's single national title in going on SEVEN DECADES, a bit more relevant.

Then again, I can see how their rage and jealously over UFM, 12-0, Top 5, etc. would cause those dimbulbs to cut off their nose to spite their face.

And that makes me laugh. Heh. Good times.

M fans didn't "tweak" the BCS formula but from a reality perspective it is all that matters. I suppose if you took a similar survey in Columbus, you'd see more of the same, but frankly it the real world it's just another meaningless exercise in stupidity.

It's actually not all that matters. Surely you remember M losing a Rose Bowl to a national champion a few years ago. An AP national champion.

If Tressel's departure only serves to open the door for UrbanMeyer, I will be totally pissed. Fickell must have moderate "Rich Rod" success as the new HC in order to tie OSU's hands for 3 years or so...... If in the end if it only meant trading Tressel for Meyer (best coach in the game) the Big Ten is gonna take a beating! Enjoy your summer.

No question about it -- Ohio doubled down on their bad karma going from Tressell to Meyer. They'll pay for that in a few years. In the meantime, Michigan has the talent and the coaching to beat Ohio and should do just that.
