And, in the Big Ten, we ARE everyone's "big" game. Anywhere we go, no matter what our record, .. everyone wants to beat Michigan, and Michigan is their red letter game.
I dunno...I think we had 4-5 games that were bigger last year.

maybe 5 years ago...now...not so much. We worry about Wisconsin much more these days....at least they can beat us in football or basketball once in a while.
That's where the tatt five could end up getting screwed big time. Those of them who might like to bail, may not have that option due to the NFL labor issues.
Five weeks of lost stats, especially for a QB, are going to hurt Pryor. He's a very good QB. Maybe the best in the nation this year. But, the five game suspension is going to hurt his productivity. That's five games where he won't be seeing any action, taking any snaps, throwing passes, etc.
Turns out, Tressel did him no favors by lying for him.

I really don't see that Pryor is a great QB. Granted, Tressell's system asks little of a QB, but he can't pass, he's not that great a runner, etc. Were I an OSU fan I wouldn't be fearing that loss, particularly in a year in which they're unlikely to challenge for an MNC due to the other suspensions.
it may actually be a blessing in disguise ... Braxton Miller is a stud, and I suspect he will turn out to be a much better QB than TP ... I also expect he won't sell his gold pants.
Smith's biggest asset was his ability to scramble out of trouble. Michigan could never contain him. He never was a great passer.
Pryor probably has more tools than Smith had, but I believe has yet to realize his full potential. He's not a pro style QB, but he does have a good arm. He's still the square peg at OhNo.
