Yeah I agree. The shitfest defense and short fields for OSU kind of robbed us of a celebration that should have started with five minutes left in the game. I didn't get the sense at all that this is the start of a long term trend or parity in the rivalry. Even Bump Elliot managed to beat Woody Hayes one out of every three times.

I guess the good news is just about everyone who had an impact in the game other than Molk is back for us next year. And in between the two short fields for OSU and the negated TD, the mistake margin was extremely in favor of OSU today. -7 on turnovers the past four games (and that includes the worthless INT at the end of the game today, but not the Hagerup blunder). Fuck's sakes that's got to turn around someday.

The rumor from insiders is that they will decline a bowl invite. Had they won today, they would have accepted. We will know more by end of tomorrow. I think they will decline. But I also think that's not "self-imposed". They won't send anything to NCAA about it.
