This may or may not be meaningful. Upshot is that the ohio supreme court has ruled in favor of ESPN's petition to move the matter along in which ESPN requested osu to provde certain doucments (emails et. al). in response to espn's request for documents, osu filed a request to mediate the matter. ESPN said BS, rule and give us the f'ing documents that we requested originally calling osu's filing a stall tactic.
I simply cannot understand why osu wants to withohold documents. They make themselves look that much more guilty of a cover-up in the tressel matter ..... unless the emails/docs are incriminating?
