I'm a little puzzled as to why he'd go to a team and HC that is absolutely OWNED by Ohio State, when he had a secure job at Ohio State, and could have continued to dominate Penn State.

Maybe PSU gave him a little "we didn't have this conversation" conversation about eventually becoming the HC?
