You could be right, but, then again, this could be a harsh reversal of who was really cheating dropping the spotlight on M and shining it brightly on OSU and Ryan Day. If any of these allegations surrounding Catapult and the illegal access to other team's practice and game video turn out to be accurate, Petitti is going to be up to has ass in alligators for how he treated the cheating allegations against Michigan/Harbaugh and how he will treat any substantiated charges against OSU/Day.

OSU cheating scandal aside, they looked like inept jackasses in the Cotton Bowl. If they’re not stealing practice film they certainly stole their own fans’ money last night.

That was sub-Iowan offense against the SEC’s 5th best team. Coach Charmin was jumping around tooting his whistle though. He must fit right in at the local day care. Is it just me or is his “beard” starting to fall out from all the stress of losing to everyone with a pulse?

I don't spend time reading OSU sports blogs/forums. I have read Eleven Warriors on occasion. But I do see a lot of secondary posts in sports forums I do read about what OSU fans are thinking and saying. They are uniformly not happy with that shit show of a football game Ryan Day played on Friday and are calling for his firing.

TBF, I've seen Michigan football locker rooms exactly where OSU football locker rooms seem to be today. Chaotic, disinterested, poorly lead by players and coaches. One has to go back to the RichRod era with Brady Hoke - a really nice guy but a shitty head coach - the last coach of nearly two decades of a lost Michigan football program. OSU is experiencing being at the doorstep of that kind of CFB program. It is an entirely appropriate description of Ryan Day associating him with a roll of Charmin toilet tissue.

I have a clear recollection, as I attended, of M's bowl game v. Mississippi State in 2011. It was RR's last game as Dave Brandon fired him within a couple of days after the cow bell clanging Bulldogs whipped M 52-14. I had seats directly behind the Michigan bench and watched both Rich - who knew he was getting fired - and Calvin Magee, his OC, doing more politicking with potential employers in the stands and on the sidelines than coaching. Players were yucking it up appearing completely disinterested in the game.

I don't think the OSU chaos will last. The culture in Columbus is very different than it is in Ann Arbor. There is no tension between the academics and the football program. Administrators at Ohio State are all in unlike equivalent administrators at M. Still, I'm enjoying the press coverage on the Catapult cheating scandal; it's like watching sharks circling their prey with Freddy Mercury singing in the background, "Another One Bites the Dust."

There's nothing wrong in Columbus that a win over Michigan won't fix. When they win in '24, it will soothe a lot of frazzled bucknut minds. Even if they were to go on and lose to Oregon or USC in the CCG, the Michigan win will weigh more heavily in getting them back to their lunatic ways. And a playoff run would help as well.

But it would be fun to see them fire a coach who still hasn't lost his 10th game yet.
