It will be.
Last year two 3-loss teams would have gotten in, albeit, they won their CCGs anyway, Utah and K-State. Had they not won those games, #13 FSU, #14 Oregon St. and #15 Oregon were sitting there at 9-3. There will definitively be 9-3 teams getting into the playoff but they'll need A) a strong strength of record, and B) help.Last edited by Mike; November 2, 2023, 04:03 PM.

Re: 2024 M schedule:
I can't see any way that Michigan gets to 8 wins unless JJ stays.
And with all this spy stuff, I think he'll take the NFL money and hit the road. And I won't blame him.Right before sweet potatoes are mashed, they get very quiet. This is known as the silence of the yams

A 'BYE" after 2 nonconference games?
egads
OSU isn't going to be challenged even mildly until October 12. They avoid both UCLA and USC. And James Franklin will lay down for them again in HV.
If they don't win the conference championship next year its their own fault.Right before sweet potatoes are mashed, they get very quiet. This is known as the silence of the yams
