WR recruiting is not an issue for Ohio State. They've been in on Graham for a couple years. Hartline loved him early and when Hartline wants a WR he usually gets him.
They have a couple other areas of recruiting that aren't elite -- probably merely "good". WR ain't one of them.

Yeah. Hartline is pretty bad. Definitely couldn' coach for M. But, he's about the best CRD has, which is why the program is in such a disaster state.
