      • OSU will win. Most likely in a blowout.

            • You have to be pretty spoiled as a fanbase to look at what OSU has done this year and think Michigan is going to throttle them. OSU is clearly the better team going into next week. They had all the breaks go against them and PSU still never truly threatened. OSU dominated everywhere except the scoreboard. I'm definitely much more optimistic about The Game than I was immediately after the Wisconsin game, but I still expect a loss and the Vegas line certainly agrees.

              • OSU had their 'bad' game today. They got their untimely turnovers out of the way. If there was any 'scare' at all in this game, they withstood it.

Nothing has changed. They will win comfortably. Only question will be, how impressive does Day want his team to be? I don't think he'll be able to lay another 63-39 on them but he could probably make it close to that. I guess a lot will depend on how much the Selection Committee needs to be impressed.

OSU by 14+, and I hope Michigan finds a way to keep it that close.

Jon Jansen mentioned in the M WTKA post game that fields might have had his ankle rolled up. Haven't heard anything else one way or the other.

Frankly, the is the Dobbins show. I was impressed with his running v. PSU - even after they figured out osu's blocking schemes and appeared to adjust. Certainly, fields as a run threat is a big deal and PSU boned that a couple of times but given field's passing game, some excellent receivers that can catch what ever he throws in their zip-cone and dobbins as a really tough out, osu's offense is the best in the nation, LSU and Joey Burrows, notwithstanding.

osu can't make a lot of mistakes in AA though and if M can get day to call his offense from behind, they might. That's the key to this game to me, that and how evenly PI and holding is called.

                    • Fields is more important. Dobbins job is much easier when Fields is a credible run/pass threat.

                      • Correct. Master Teague is a perfectly good replacement for Dobbins. He would start on a lot of Big10 teams.

Last year M was the beneficiary of nearly every single call.

Good god, no. Fields is OSU's only chance. They're going to have to score 35+ to win. They can't play super conservative and win this game. Can't do it.

I think Teague PROBABLY starts for every B10 other than Wisconsin. Maybe Maryland. It's hard to tell because he mostly plays in the 2nd half of blowouts. But, he's definitely flashed. Dobbins, though, has been special this year.

                            • If it's a blowout, we'll get a few calls. We got one or two last year that kept the margin of victory below 30.

If it's close, every 50/50 call will go OSU's way, along with a few head scratchers. The next time that Harbaugh gets the benefit of the doubt from the refs in a close game will literally be the first.

                              • Er, have you seen our backup? Not since Braxton Miller went down like a sack of potatoes and Luke Fickell was forced to turn around and point a trembling finger at Joe Bauserman have we been so dependent on a starting QB
