Rutgers has two more losses this season (11 losses) than Urban Meyer his entire career at Ohio State (9 losses).
Ohio State was so excellent that I remember each loss off the top of my head.

I hope so. I'd much prefer continuity to a complete disruption when you're trying to continue 12 win seasons on average. But, I'd also like to get the best guy for the job. I think Day is pretty good. And those young gun coordinator types are all the rage in the NFL and, as you noted, Reilly is doing a nice job at OU.
