Samuel declares for NFL. Was holding out slight hope, but oh well. Best of luck to him in his future endeavors so long as those endeavors don't conflict with Stillers endeavors.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Speaking of Stiller endeavors...are you coming to KC this weekend for the Divisional tilt against the dysfunctional Chiefs Machine?
I can't imagine it and haven't read anything about it. The only thing I can think of is that they have limited EE spots and guys with injuries are at the end of the line. It's why Moretti decommitted. Sadly.

Sheffield makes it official. He certainly has the talent. IMO, he's the most important recruit they're bringing in -- one year rental and all. They need another 2 CBs to play from this class immediately, and if he's as advertised they have 1. That leaves Wade or Okudah to fill in the other spot, and I think that will happen. Denzel Ward should be the other CB as you need 3 these days.

CB Kendall Sheffield from Blinn College .... a JUCO, right?. Initially signed with Alabama in 2015.
He's #29 on the 247 list of JUCO transfers.
Pretty sure, Harbaugh would love to dip into this pool. Not sticking M's nose up in the air becasue it's not about that but M has terribly demanding credit transfer requirements. They are somewhat relaxed for Public Junior Colleges in the state of Michigan but rigorous for out of state transfers.
You can see which schools dip into this pool the most probably to build depth.

Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.
OSU's OL coach and co-OC Ed Warinner wil join PJ Fleck at Minnesota apparently as the OL coach.

Kevin Wilson would have turned Indiana into a force in the West had he not been an ass-hole. Watching IU is like watching osu. Easy transition for Wilson and the players he'll be coaching.

Sheffield's ratings vary wildly. His composite is .93 or something, but he's a 3* per 247's own rankings, a 5 per Scout and a very high 4 per rivals. In any event, he's good.
