I'm not sure how it will play. He's not going to be with the staff. He may have a jobe lined up at Texas or UC that will avoid "firing" language.

What probably happened is that he was told he's no longer calling plays, that he could stay and coach OL and he didn't want to accept the demotion.

My far away observation is that in a lot of big games you kind of get away from Hannibal may derisively call Manball.

They certainly ran little to no power plays against Clemson. For reasons I can't possibly understand they felt lateral plays and JTB's arm were the answer.
