  • Samuel and Evans, different backs, no? I don't know a lot about Samuel but Evans played a lot of wide receiver in HS. He's just very athletic. Samuel seems more like Elliot in terms of size and frame and fits more precisely with ufm's offensive style.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

    • Well, he's developed WR skills. They had to play him at WR last year to get him time. So he's player WR in college. He's about as big as Elliot. But, he's no Evans. Demario McCall had a big 4th quarter yesterday. He's more in line with Evans, but obviously not as good.

Weber ran hard and with decent vision. Showed he is good enough to beat MAC defenses!
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?
      Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

      • We could say the same thing about Evans. I'm not getting all giddy about him but he's got some quick feet. If he can add weight on that frame and retain those quick feeit, turn it into the kind of cutting Elliot was famous for, he'll be dangerous.

As a mod, this pisses me off.

                  • Don't be upset that this thread is back open. That's lame. If you're going to be upset, be upset that 2016 will be yet another year that the Buckeyes will pound the wolverweenies into oblivion. Be upset that Harbaugh will still be winless against Urban Meyer. Be upset that Brutus kicked your (Jake) Butt yet again. Be upset that Scarlet and Gray are far superior to blue and corn (and yes, even O'Korn). Be upset that your team has diminished so much, not only can you not beat your real rivals in The Game, you are consistently losing to your little brother, as well. Face it, your spate (or will it be Speight?) of losses against Ohio State has really been piling up. There are no Peppers with enough heat to fix it. There are not enough Tacos you can eat to fill your emptiness. Buckeyes rule, wolverweenies drool.

                          • Does anyone else here think that the weather delay rules are stupid? One lightning strike within ten miles of the stadium and it resets the clock a half hour. If a storm is approaching then that makes sense. If a storm has obviously passed over you then that's dumb. At the very least, some discretion should be allowed.

                            • They should just use the weather report to decide that shit.

                              • I think the reason is lighting strikes can travel in any direction, meaning if it passed you are still in danger of being hit.
