You know, I absolutely dispise just about everything having to do with osu and its football program. It's in the blood.
But I might dislike HS recruits, their entitled attitudes and recruiting in general more.
Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.

"We" have created that.
It's almost as bad as the damn little league world series. There is no way 12 year old should be on ESPN mugging for the cameras. But the viewing public eats that shit up.
I feel like I am watching the destruction of our democracy while my neighbors and friends cheer it on
I have no doubt that if Harbaugh had stayed at Stanford instead of jumping back to the NFL and the Super Bowl, he'd be sitting on a few National Titles at Stanford.
Great break for Michigan because the experience made him an even better coach to the extent that it's even possible.
In just over a single year, he has flipped college football on its head and made countless coaches drawing NFL-like salaries look stupid, lazy and inept. There are several "power programs" being taken for a ride.
Marvelous.
Harbaugh, 24, 26 satellite camps and counting:
"Whole milk, not the candy-ass 2-percent or skim milk."
Yeah, definitely a couple national titles. I mean, yes...he would have eventually had to win the P12 at least once...but that was obviously in the works...
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.
Meyer's hypocrisy 2015.
That sentiment changed on Wednesday, when head coach Urban Meyer officially dipped his toes in water that he's admittedly uncomfortable with. Serving as a guest instructor at an FAU camp in Boca Raton, Florida, Meyer and members of his staff took part in their first satellite camp, a practice introduced to the Big Ten a year ago by Penn State's James Franklin and made polarizing by Michigan's Jim Harbaugh this spring.
But regardless of whatever success Ohio State may seemingly see as a result of Wednesday's camp, don't expect the practice to become a habit for the Buckeyes. Meyer even said as much earlier this spring, as he first revealed his program's plan to set up shop in South Florida this summer.
“Am I fan of that? Not really,” Meyer said of satellite camps, which are currently outlawed in the SEC and the ACC. “A big allure to Ohio State is getting them here on campus.”
The three-time national champion head coach went as far as to say he thinks the NCAA should altogether ban the practice of satellite camps, which sees coaches serve as guest instructors at other schools' camps typically outside of their respective regions.
But with Harbaugh upping the ante, planning an unprecedented 10-stop tour of satellite camps for the summer, Meyer saw no choice but to give it a shot.
"What happens is monkey see, monkey do. ‘They did this, so let’s go do it,'" Meyer said. "If it helps us, we'll do it."
It's entirely too early to tell whether the Buckeyes' foray into the satellite camp territory will be successful, but it's already clear that the FAU-hosted event was a star-studded affair.
A year later. It just would have been easier to just say "thank you Jim Harbaugh".

The only OSU insider I really trust says Tyjon Lindsey is done to OSU. It's been out there for awhile, but this guy wouldn't put it out there without a stupid good source.
And, of course, Grimes is still all OSU. Hopefully that continues to hold.
I finally looked through 2018 composite rankings and realized OSU may do even better in the top 50 next year than this.

For the fuck of it -- mostly b/c it's fun to look back and see how much things change -- a list of highly ranked 2018 kids and their current composite ranking that I think OSU has a credible

Jay Tufele (DT, Utah) (#59 overall) has OSU as his favorite. So, I guess OSU is in it with him.
Jeffrey Okudah (S, Tex) (#7 overall) is OSU or Stanford and I think OSU has re-cemented its position (Okudah loved Ash).
Baron Browning (LB, Tex) (#14 overall) loved his unofficial and wants to come back with his parents. If that actually happens then OSU is in the game.
Cam Akers (RB, Miss) (#15 overall) is likely to make another unofficial to OSU in the near future -- with his parents...again.
Darnay Holmes (CB, California) (#8 overall) is visiting again next month. I don't really rate OSU's chances that high -- certainly not as high as with the others -- but apparently a visit of some sort means great things.
And, of course, Antjuan Simmons is apparently waiting with bated breath for M to offer, or, I guess, really push on the offer. Oh well.
