This surely interests only me, but so does everything else I post on this thread. Torrance Gibson is sick talented, but I really thought it was a coin toss whether he'd buy in or be a nuclear disaster. He was down to Auburn and OSU and, IMO, he really needed a program that was going to kick his ass. There are a lot of them out there, but Auburn ain't one of them, IMO -- I think he would have ended up playing at QB this year for Auburn after that trainwreck season. Anyway, he came to OSU and struggled. A bunch. I'm still not sure if he had his black stripe removed (when a frosh becomes part of the team). But I sounds like he's gone through a tough adjustment period and is now all-in.
Kid could be phenomenal if he does the right shit - I mean, I think he could end up 1st Round draft pick good at WR: http://www.cleveland.com/osu/index.s..._all_tran.htmlDan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

In other 2016 related things, I'm really excited about Mike Weber. I think he's going to be really good for OSU. He won't replace Zeke -- especially w/ blocking -- but, I do think he starts at a place similar to where Elliot was as a true sophomore in 2014.
Beyond Gibson and Weber, I'm really optimistic about Jamarco Jones and Isaiah Prince at either OT. I really think the OL could be on par with what were. Losing Decker hurts, but I think they'll eventually improve with the loss of Farris, and I think they won't lose much at all with Boren and whoever wins the battle at OG.
Onward to a season with zero expectations!Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

If those are the choices, I hope he chooses Bucknuts.
Pity. At one point, Bama was up there, but I think we have a couple in front of him that would limit his PT more than LSU (and I assume Ohio State)."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

Yeah, thought Bama would be the other hat. If I still had eligibility left I could start for OSU at DT next year. It's going to be a long year.Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]?

We are deep on defense. It's really in a reloading mode situation with us now on DL/LB.
But good luck on the kid, if we don't get him, I don't want him at LSU - especially with a competent DC.Last edited by AlabamAlum; January 2, 2016, 09:51 PM."The problem with quotes on the Internet is that it is sometimes hard to verify their authenticity." -Abraham Lincoln

No excuses next year.
None
In only 13 games he turned Iowa castoff into an NFL draft pick, along the way Rudock managed to become the Citrus Bowl MVP as he took apart the SEC runner-up in embarrassing fashion, not to mention setting Michigan QB records.
Thanks to Harbaugh, we'll be in the playoff next year, try to enjoy the ride.

Pretty much has referred to Rashan Gary as the #2 player rated in the country heading to Alabama, (if memory serves)."Whole milk, not the candy-ass 2-percent or skim milk."
