Elliot is pissed he didn't get more carries, but that's not necessarily the answer. They need to be able to pass the ball.
When OSU didn't go for it on 4th and 1 at the 45 early in the game, I thought, man -- they don't trust the offense. UFM ALWAYS goes for it in that situation.
And the defense -- really bizarre that they didn't just line up press and load the box.
Offensively, I think UFM rolled the dice with Warriner and "continuity" -- I mean, things were pretty good last year. I don't fault that decision, but he'll need to rectify it, IMO. He made a poor decision in bringing in Withers to run the defense with Fickell and it eventually cost them a game (two, actually). He moved Withers out and brought in Ash and the defense massively improved.
I think he'll have to do something with the offensive staff. This season was a success offensively.
Dan Patrick: What was your reaction to [Urban Meyer being hired]? Brady Hoke: You know.....not....good.

Thank you!! This was my biggest WTF while watching the game, moreso that finding ways to get Elliot involved.
The Bucks were gassed and didn't want to play. The worst color guy in the business in the business Jason Straithorn kept on pointing it out. A lot of hands on the hips.
Elliot is pissed -- he just saw the Heisman and national title go down the drain. And he lost his final game in the Horseshoe. And he's being interviewed and being candid.
Oracle:
Yeah -- respecting the pass was just plain stupid. I mean, they did a lot of stupid things -- if Bosa doesn't jump offside -- inducing an ever so slight flinch, does MSU pick up 4th and 8? I don't think so. And that was a TD drive.

It wasn't Bosa on that one was it? Thought it was the RDE.
It's his fault for giving Warriner the job. I cannot see that this was a successful offensive year given what we had returning. There's not been one game, except maybe Rutgers, that we thoroughly controlled from start to finish. Close to every single game we have started sluggish and relied upon a couple late scores to make games look like bigger victories than they really were.
