Yeah, he's Jekyl and Hyde, too. He made some really, really nice throws. And some atrocious throws. His 2nd interception as just horrible.

But it wasn't UNL's offense that cost them the game. They had 24 at half and opened the the 2nd half with a scoring drive to get to 31. That should be good enough with a decent defense.

Nebraska, M, MSU are right there with PSU in mediocrity (top 20-30 teams) and a step below OSU who are imo a deserving top 15 team who has the talent to be better than that.

Interesting to see how the 'west' shakes out when Neb, MSU & M play each other... Nebraska's tough slate against the 'east' make give M/MSU a slight edge.

Slight edge? NU is out of it. MSU will shut Martinez down and DR will be running like it's a track meet. NU may lose to Nowrthwestern as well. It's fucking over. M has already won the division.

This year's game will be played in Lincoln and the Huskers are always tough there. Plus it being a night game will add to the atmosphere for the game.

I do admit that I am somewhat heartened by the quick maturing of some of our youngsters, especially on defense. I think this especially bodes well for the next 2-3 years.

MSU will still (unfortunately) have something to say about who wins the division, and as far as Michigan goes, I don't see how they can win the division without sweeping both Nebraska and MSU. That's going to be a tough task.

I think its still up for grabs.

It's entirely possible both NU and msu will end up with 3 losses in the B1G. I would be extremely optimistic about M's chances should that be the case (or even sparty with only two should M win on Oct 20th, of course).
