"97. As for comparing UM and its coaches to Nebraska and Osborn, in '97 my younger brother, who is now deceased, was gravely ill. His wife called UM to try to speak to Lloyd about getting my brother an official helmet. (this was before you could buy them) Not only did Lloyd personally call her back, he made arrangements to have a helmet shipped to an NCAA authorized delaer in South Bend(the dealerfor ND football) and had it delivered to her at cost. Everyone who knows Lloyd and the Michigan program know what he has done for CS Mott Children's hopsital over the years. Tom's just late to the game with his "life skills organization", but better late than never.
