I don't know what kind of defense Neb runs
We run a 3-3-5 which Rhule ran at Baylor and also what TCU ran last year. We have yet to allow more than 60 yards rushing to any opponent...but we haven't faced a rushing juggernaut like M. Look for M to wear out UNL...who will not be able to move the ball consistently. Halftime it may be something like 20-3....then the gates flood in the second half.Shut the fuck up Donny!Comment

I can almost guarantee you that JH will first test Neb's run defense with power and the threat of JJ keeping off the RO. I could see an early departure from that if Neb lines up with 9 in the box, C1 and the DEs are disciplined and don't crash inside on M's first possession. This assumes JH has given McCarthy the green light to audible into PA with a fly route from Wilson. That's not a sure thing.
But, for the most part, M's offense will try to punish Nebraska's defensive front with inside power. Corum has been seeing things better than Edwards who had some gigantic misreads v. Rutgers. The OL gave him running lanes and he failed to see them. I'd like to see him break out in the power run game on Saturday. According to stuff I'm reading, he needs to not try to score a home-run when he gets the ball but patiently wait, like he did last season, for the lane to develop then show his amazing burst of speed through it.Mission to CFB's National Championship accomplished. But the shine on the NC Trophy is embarrassingly wearing off. It's M B-Ball ..... or hockey or volley ball or name your college sport favorite time ...... until next year.Comment
