I have some friends that are Tennessee fans and man, they are all still butt-hurt over that. Ha!
They hate Charles Woodson, but in that season, Woodson was the best player in the country. The Heisman is not a lifetime/career achievement award. Its for the best player in the nation that season. Woodson was the best by far. On both sides of the ball, and special teams. Manning threw passes.
