Rhule seems like a good choice. It’s reminiscent of UCLA hiring Chip Kelly IMO. Expect Nebraska to be back to some relevance in a few years with Rhule. Is the ceiling that high? Death Star ceiling program?? Probably no…
It’s a combination of the best and most realistic hire Nebraska could make at this time. Rhule had Baylor in the top 10 for a few weeks in 2019 after inheriting a near dead Baylor football program. I think it’s a safe decision!
It's probably the best we could have got. Safe choice. The fans are split on retaining MJ as head coach though...going to be an interesting off season...
