Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season
Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.
Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.
Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

I don't know where they get stuff like that.
From all indications I've read, the Huskers are glad to be in the Big Ten. They've GOT to be making more money than they would be making from the Texas .. er.. Big 12 Conference.."The stockings were hung by the chimney with care, .. I'd worn them for weeks, and they needed the air"

A few people would like to go back... A small few. That doesn't mean the school or most want it.
If anything people miss some of the old rivalries and the short distance to away games. But that is very different from wanting to return to the Big12.

Bowling!!!
N certainly isn't the same program they used to be, it's real tough to be competitive at the highest level without access to good talent in your backyard. That's why Bama, Ohio State, Florida/Florida State, USC, Georgia & Texas have tremendous advantages over everyone else. Oklahoma is so close to Texas...
Notre Dame is really the only exception, Midwest has some good talent that they have as a base; talent in Illinois, Ohio, Michigan & Indiana. Michigan has better access to the talent in Michigan & Ohio than Notre Dame but doesn't quite recruit at their level nationally.
What Nebraska did under Pelini (8-4, 9-3) is what I expect out of them, luckily for them they have an awful division that should allow them to build their program back up and from there they might be able to better recruit nationally. Oregon maybe closest comparison for the Huskers. They have California to recruit but they pull in kids from all over thanks to Nike.
