'97 still stings, but I'm with Liney- if M doesn't win the Legends, I have no problem with the Huskers going to the CCG instead.

That said, my sole allegiance is to the Maize and Blue, and if it requires rooting for sparty, Pedophile U, the Goofers, Hawkeyes (in two weeks, not next), and yes, even Lucifer himself ufm, to better M's title chances, then yes, I'm gonna do it.

And if not for incompetent (and/or corrupt) officiating/review the last two weeks, M would be in position to clinch the Legends this week at home, against a horrid opponent.

So yeah, F the huskerz and the special treatment they're receiving.

The B1G should make Penn State-Nebraska the final game of the year for both teams. Especially now that Iowa is sliding towards bottom half status.

They will go through a rough patch over the next 5 years but Penn State will always be a bigger program long-term than Iowa. I'd set up the final weekend to be:

Nebraska-PSU
Illinois-Northwestern
Purdue-Indiana
Wisconsin-Minnesota
Iowa-MSU
