perceived in this case = real. nobody can get comfortable and guys get moved around in an effort to make them mentally tougher. It's backfiring because nobody can get comfortable, nobody has learned to play center but a guy who struggles to stay at 280 and when the coaches son, who can barely walk, is on the 2 deep a head of guys who are consistantly out playing him, players give up.

This is part of the reason I told you that bringing in help (Garrison and Stai) was a mistake in lieu of dealing with the real problem, which is Barney. Its worse now because the kids can see what they are missing whereas before didn't know how shitty they had it with him as the sole OL coach.

Little late to be replacing Cotton (and we know it won't happen anyway...at least not until the season is over).
