Please support the Forum by using the Amazon Link this Holiday Season
Amazon has started their Black Friday sales and there are some great deals to be had! As you shop this holiday season, please consider using the forum's Amazon.com link (listed in the menu as "Amazon Link") to add items to your cart and purchase them. The forum gets a small commission from every item sold.
Additionally, the forum gets a "bounty" for various offers at Amazon.com. For instance, if you sign up for a 30 day free trial of Amazon Prime, the forum will earn $3. Same if you buy a Prime membership for someone else as a gift! Trying out or purchasing an Audible membership will earn the forum a few bucks. And creating an Amazon Business account will send a $15 commission our way.
If you have an Amazon Echo, you need a free trial of Amazon Music!! We will earn $3 and it's free to you!
Your personal information is completely private, I only get a list of items that were ordered/shipped via the link, no names or locations or anything. This does not cost you anything extra and it helps offset the operating costs of this forum, which include our hosting fees and the yearly registration and licensing fees.
Stay safe and well and thank you for your participation in the Forum and for your support!! --Deborah

I used to panic when confronted by some new and unknown situation.
I don't panic anymore. I don't even question or think. I know exactly what to do when I come across something I don't understand:
• Shut down other people's businesses, even though that does nothing to protect us from unknown dangers.
• Order everyone to shelter-in-place and engage in social distancing (except for my family, close friends, and myself).
• Drive a national economy into the ground.
• Destroy trillions of dollars in capital and waste trillions more in opportunity costs.
• Make everyone wear a mask.
• Make everyone take a vaccine, including those who clearly don't need it and those who don’t want it -- while promising that the vaccine does things it does not actually do.
• Murder thousands of old and sick people via executive orders from power-mongering progressive governors.
• Shame anyone who disagrees and accuse them of caring more about dollars than lives -- while crony pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars and the government grants them immunity from any kind of tort liability.
Why would I do these things when I confront a situation that is new and unknown?
Because I follow the science. Duh. And, I attended the Fauci School of Public Administration. Oh, let me guess... You doubters are anti-science, right? Probably anti-education, too, yes?
