    Suspect arrived in NY 10 days before the shooting on a Greyhound bus from Atlanta but they aren't sure he hopped on there. Was using a fake NJ Driver's license at the hostel. The gun may have been bought in Connecticut.

            TikTok just lost its circuit court appeal. They now have until Jan 19th to divest from their Chinese parent company or the app will be banned in the US.

            Unclear what Trump can do to stop this if he really even wants to. The ban passed Congress with overwhelming support so a repeal ain't likely to happen. He could simply declare that the company was in compliance with the law, whether it truly is or not, and order DOJ to not enforce it against them, which would probably spark lawsuits.
