Harris will win Virginia but it could give a glimpse into how the night will go. Biden won it by 10. I don't feel like it was called particularly fast though. The rural counties always get counted much, much faster there.

Takes a while for those poll workers with the ballots to find their way from the 'outlying districts" to downtown Detroit where the votes are actually counted. Likely "making a few stops along the way" ... heh heh ...
