The only thing the D's have "over" the R's if you look at polls...is abortion...but unfortunately the media will continue to lie about the Trump stance on abortion as will Kumalot...but alas there are a number of dipshit single issue (mostly women and gay dudes like CGVT) who will vote based on one issue.
Trump ain't gaining supporters at this point. People have had a decade to make up their minds about him. His best shot is demoralizing the Democrats but that's looking tough at the moment because they're on a sugar high and he's running out of time.
In the debate with Biden he did the smart thing for once and mainly stood aside and let Joe destroy himself. I can't imagine he does the same with Kamala. He's rattled and on his heels; he'll attack. I don't know what the format is though. If it's like the last one then he can't interrupt, so that'll unintentionally save him from himself a bit.
Well this I agree with DSL....the battle lines are pretty much drawn...it's about what team you are on at this point...they are fighting over a very small sliver of truly undecided people...and there is no way the Kamala team is going to let her open up about her real vision for America or answer questions about her historical stances. No way. She has refused the Fox interview and will have coverage from ABC...
It's the policies as well as the man. It is just the the man brings light to the fucked up policies.

America wants humane border control and immigration.
America wants people to have a decent wage and middle class life.

Nobody wants concentration camps except extreme liberals who think "trumpers" need to be re-educated. Its what socialists and communists ultimately do.
Most sane people in the US want a controlled border, and not the free for all that Biden instituted. My surname family came here from southern England, and settled in Virginia. They immigrated legally. For me, that's all I ask of anyone who wants to come here. Do it legally. Every other country in the world controls its borders. Try sneaking INTO Mexico and get caught, and see where that ends you up at. Its not a beachfront home in Cancun.
Nobody on the right has argued against a fair wage and a middle class lifestyle. I'd argue that the Trump tax cuts benefitted the low to middle class more than "the rich". Everybody got a tax cut. Including "the rich". So what? I don't covet other people's money. What's theirs is theirs. Even if it was inherited. I'm not entitled to someone else's money or property. Again, socialism makes the claim that all "rich" people got their money in an unfair way, and its the governments duty to get that money back, and "redistribute" it to the "needy". That doesn't happen in Socialism or communism. It goes to party leaders and others that are tight with the ruling party. I've never seen a socialist country that successfully redistributed the wealth it seized from "the rich".
"Trickle down", as you call it, works better than socialism or communism. And it continues personal liberty and freedoms that socialism and communism take away.
The only people who like racists are other racists. Racism is not a disease that is exclusive to white people, or right wingers. People all over the world are racist for their own reasons.
Reasonable people can find solutions to problems. The biggest problem we have in 2024 (IMO) is nobody is willing to be reasonable. On either side.

Tell me why Kamala was resoundly REJECTED by our OWN FUCKING PARTY 4 years ago...and in fact...the D's were discussing replacing her in 2024....but now all of a sudden she is the savior?
