To be fair, she also proposed big tax breaks for Big Builders to increase supply. I'm not entirely clear how she squares the concept that you can incentivize Big Business to build houses through Central Planning, but you can, in no way, disincentivize Big Business to create life-saving pharmaceuticals through Central Planning. I guess Big Builders are market sensitive and Big Pharma is not.
