Many of the D's who do their best to support their team have no good answer as to why they want an open border. Deep down they know there's no good reason for it but they're in a cult and must follow along. Trump made an issue, a winning one at that, of the southern border and so they are hell bent on reversing any gains he made in that area.

It's hilarious how they created the situation INTENTIONALLY then act like it's the other side's fault. You see, the Ds desperately want to fix the border crisis (that they created on purpose) but those gosh-darned Republicans won't help them.

It's been Republicans all along who have taken over major American cities, declared them "Sanctuaries", and refuse to cooperate with federal immigration authorities. It was Republicans who threw "Remain in Mexico" in the trash. It was Republicans who perverted what "asylum" means. It was Republicans who slander border patrol agents for doing their job. It was that Republican Obama who started "kids in cages".
