Great news! Our highly virile and mentally robust president has approved retaliatory strikes on the perpetrators of the recent attack on our forces in Jordan. Very specifically...
CBS News reported on Thursday morning that the Pentagon has received approval from the president for strikes on targets “inside Iraq and Syria” — targets that include “Iranian personnel and facilities.”
Additionally, the Biden administration confirmed the conditions necessary to facilitate a strike. “Weather will be a major factor in the timing of the strikes,” the report continued. While “the U.S. has the capability to carry out strikes in bad weather,” the Pentagon “prefers to have better visibility of selected targets as a safeguard against inadvertently hitting civilians who might stray into the area at the last moment.”
they want to make sure a bombing campaign doesn't affect global warming and is delivered using alternative energy sources. They also need approval from the DEI members and participation from LGBT active duty soldiers.
Amid spate of deep fakes and AI produced fake stories, this actually looks like it happened. Ukraine attacked an airfield within Crimea with cruise missiles killing the Commanding General, Lieutenant General Alexander Tatarenko. While the Russians have a staggering advantage in numbers in this war, the Ukrainians have conducted these kinds of special operations targeting Russian Leadership as well as Russian logistics chains and military supply storage. These attacks, when successful, generate the kind of favorable press that furthers the Ukrainian cause. IOW, Ukraine tends to drive the narrative in the west through the skillful execution of these high profile strikes. TBF, the Russians have made gains, although minimal and not strategically relevant, on the ground in eastern Ukraine but as they say, "one well placed aw shit, buries hundreds of atta-boys".

Multiple news outlets are reporting the US carried out air strikes with "precision weapons" delivered by B-2 aircraft from Dyess AFB in Texas tonight. It's a 6000 mile trip one way! That is an impressive demonstration of strategic airpower.
85 targets were hit in Iraq and in Syria. None of the strikes were inside Iran's boarders. Targets included C&C sites, weapons storage facilities of Iran's proxy militias with the intent to curtail the ability of these groups to launch drone strikes against commercial shipping in the Red Sea and US forces in Iraq and Syria. Bomb Damage Assessment (BDA) will be carried out over the next few days by overhead imagery and whether or not the strikes damaged the intended targets will become evident soon enough.
US spokesman are saying this is the first tier of multiple actions that the US will carry out over the coming days, weeks and possibly months depending on what kind of response to US attacks these proxy militias mount and the response of Iran's Revolutionary Guards forces .
The admitted group that attacked the US base in Syria that killed three US Army soldiers has said it is stopping military actions. Intelligence reports from inside Iraq say that Iran's military advisors stationed with proxy militias went back to Iran in the days preceding the US strikes last night. Reportedly, they feared getting killed if the US attacked.
