I could envision a scheme where it's something a like a "restraining order +" -- you got a restraining order and he was arrested or you got a restraining order and you had a separate "gun" hearing to prove up an actual assault (as opposed to, say, stalking). I think reasonable people could probably agree on something less than criminal due process -- maybe -- but, their has to be a clear process that both affords the defendant a chance to be heard and is narrowly tailored to serve the interests of the state. And I don't think this is anywhere close to that.

I agree --- an intermediate step would be reasonable but a restraining order is not enough.

If turnout in Cuyahoga surpasses the August turnout I would suggest that's good news for Issue 1 and 2 both passing.

As of right now they are about 85,000 votes short with 5.5 hours to go.

That's impossible to know since only certain counties post real-time voting numbers. But in early voting turnout was up over August in Cuyahoga, Franklin, and Hamilton. In rural counties it was more a mixed bag.

Race replacement is now part of history. I wonder what the people who laughed off race replacement in fictional characters have to say about actual race replacement being portrayed and taught with dishonest garbage history.

This is part of the narrative that evil Whites owe everything that is good in their societies to having stolen it from the black/brown people who created it. You don't have to go too far to find this. It's being taught in academia and reinforced on TV with "historical" TV series that depict this story. This narrative is rapidly spreading and it is designed to be weaponized against White people. There are literally dozens of examples of this now.
