Biden's campaign is stressing the sharp decline in unemployment since the height of the pandemic and cooling inflation that has precipitously dropped since it peaked last summer. The message comes as Biden grapples with negative feelings about the economy among swing voters.

These fools don't think that the rest of us can't figure out that these aren't NEW jobs. These are people who are returning to work to jobs that were already there. Biden hasn't CREATED a single job yet.

Some good news for Republican/conservative folks in Michigan today. Mike Rogers, a former US Representative from the Brighton area of Michigan, is officially going to run for the US Senate seat being vacated by Debbie Stupidnow. He will most likely be running against Lisa Slotkin, the most recent party diva of the Democrats. Rogers is an Army veteran, and a former FBI agent, and has had broad appeal amongst Republican and independent voters.

I'm glad to see this. I was hoping Rogers would run for this office, or run for Governor when Madame Gretch is FINALLY term limited. Michigan may actually (finally) get a Republican Senator for the first time in decades.

The last R Senator we had was Spencer Abraham, who served one term. He was defeated by Stupidnow. The last R Senator before him was Robert Griffin back in the early 70's. All the rest have been Democrat senators.
